Very nice and clean hotel..only 3 years old.
The first time we stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Kota kinabalu. I must say very clean and warm welcome from staff. We have tried a lot of hotels in KK. But this place is nice for a few days. Breakfast is good if you like Asian food ( I do..lol) did miss some cheese for my bread..but all in all very nice stay.
Well I cant actually find things that i did not like on this hotel..it is an express hotel so everything is minimal but feels like completed.

Perfect stay, will return for sure.
Love everything about this fairly new hotel in KK - wonderful staff, good variety & yummy breakfast spread, clean & spacious room and the in-house laundry facility nailed it! Still within walking distance to the Gaya Street.
None!
