the staff and the service

Security was needed on the floors. I chose it because it was non-smoking, but the floor I was on smelled too much of smoke and marijuana, which was unpleasant.

It worked for one night. Will not recommend or stay there in the future.

Location was great

Check in Staff not very friendly. Very abrasive. Toilet was loose and wobbly floors not clean.

Perfect stay for an off season trip

Location was perfect - right on the main strip and on the beach. We were here off season, so it was quiet, parking was great, room was perfect (even had a stove), and the indoor pools were everything we could have asked for. The security guard even showed us to our room in the other building, and checked in on my family, when they hit the pools at night. The room was clean and bed was comfy.

staff check out was at 11 but they knock at the door at 9 am making me think their rushing us. we left money in the room went back to get it and it was gone.

Right on the beach

I booked this trip a couple of months before we went to Myrtle Beach and when we got there I was in formed that our room was in the other building with out an elevator on the third floor and that if we wanted a room in the main building itll cost me another 150.00 dollars i have a disabled wife so I paid it it looks like I was scammed
