Janice was the wonderful woman I would like to call out. She was the one that seated us for breakfast both mornings and she was extremely friendly, greeted us with a smile and was just all around great. True example of excellent customer service.

The beds were super comfortable

They had no food available they were out because of a big convention the weekend we came no french fries no wings no wine the next morning nothing was open couldn't even get coffee had to leave and go get breakfast down the street

Marriott might have been a better choice if there was one and the same location.

Location, parking, and staff all positive experience

Negative experience with hot water and water pressure. No USB PORTS in room. Direct TV was not the greatest. No dinning room service until 7:00 a.m. Shula Steak Restaurant was not good. The atmosphere is depressing. Coffee in room was not stocked.

Great spot to work or play. I was catching up with an old visiting friend, just perfect!

Everything you could ask for and walking distance to some shops.

Little tricky to find using Google, but right in the middle of everything!

It wouldve been ideal if the Starbucks within the hotel was open so we could grab coffee but it wasnt.

The breakfast was nice, but the buffet was a bit cold. Staff was great. I like having a bar/restaurant on site, and had dinner at the bar which was excellent

I had to wait until 5PM for the bar to reopen for the evening, and would have liked to sit down there earlier in the afternoon

Comfortable bed! The room was nice and clean. Friendly staff. I had a really great massage by Parker Loesch!

There are no robes and no changing rooms with showers by the pool. This means that after you use the pool you have to get changed in the bathroom and then go up to your room and take a shower. For a spa hotel this was disappointing.
