Exceptional

Daily happy hour and breakfasts were delicious and convenient. Room service was excellent as well. The location was close to everything we needed. Unit was clean, comfortable, and ready upon arrival.

We hated to leave and that we didn't have enough time to explore all of the available amenities.

Good Amentities in Disrepair

The manager's reception was nice and the suite style room accommodated our family of 5. Interactions with staff were all very positive and we stayed on Thanksgiving night.

The pool's heater was broken, making it difficult to swim. A notice on the website was not provided. The breakfast was overcrowded with long waits for made to order; however, the ingredients were of good quality and prepared well. Elevators were incredibly slow and caused frustration for many guests as waits could top 20 minutes. Rooms are functional but worn, with delayed maintenance. Overall impression: the kind and attentive staff couldn't cover for the lack of luster for a Hilton brand property. As a frequent Hilton business traveler, I'm disappointed in the declining quality of a once luxury brand.

Good breakfast, nice bar area

Ceiling ac leaked in the floor in two places 24 hr day. Shower dripped constantly and also leaked into the floor. Wallpaper peeling from walls. Very dated property.

Good overall but not 5 star

Good, the pool was dirty and the room the paint was cracked on the ceiling. And you pay the higher price for a nice hotel and on top of that you have to pay for parking which is ridiculous.

I wont return!

I liked the common areas. The staff were kind and professional.

It was dirty. The rooms were dirty. Looked like bodily fluids on the drapes and wall in the bedroom. Ice machines didnt work. Elevator was slow if it worked at all.
