The Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort is a nice property with a superb location and great pool area. The on-property service is good and staff is pleasant. Some guests enjoyed the food and drink pricing, pa (Read More)rticularly the wings. The rooms are comfortable and offer views of the water. There were minor issues such as a lack of hot water in one instance. Overall, it is a good option for a getaway with a partner or family. The hotel is beach-centric, with an outdoor bar and pools leading directly to the beach. There were some issues with reservations, but the front desk staff remedied them efficiently. The shuttle service was also appreciated. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although some felt they were a little worn. The poolside bar facing the ocean was great, with excellent service from Shannon. The conference center was also excellent, but the food could use improvement.

Great Beachfront Resort

Very nice clean big room with comfy bed & pillows and ocean view plus appliance for boiling water as well as towels and tissues. Lighting and receptacles where adequate and well located.

Breakfast was not included as advertised and there were additional hidden costs of about $30 plus parking for $11.

just ok had a royal palms that you refused to refund expadia mistake

the room could use some work ,the door handle to the slider fell off and was just hanging by a loose screw , the tv was out dated and fuzzy ,the shower took forever to get even warm ,,called front desk to see what bar was open and they seemed to not care or have a clue

beach view was very nice.

Last minute notification of a charge or $11.00 to "self" park. Really? And an additional charge of $35 or resort activities. Both of these charge were not disclosed on the Booking.com website.
