Would not stay here again and have seen reviews on Trip Advisor to suggest this happens regularly

Location

As you know you double booked the Arsenal team and paying guests who expected to check in at 3 pm on 28 December- one of our rooms was available at 7 pm. The other room we were given keys to was already in use. Utter chaos. Staff did their best but we had no warning and no refund for the time we were unable to use the rooms which fir the first night was about 25%. My wife who unlike me didnt go the football was given a complimentary meal in her room - others who had travelled from abroad were very upset with the situation. You need to treat paying guests much better - not what I expect of a Hilton. To cap it all Arsenal lost!

Dissapointed but staff made up for it

Staff are great

We stay here quite regularly for special occasions and usually everything is smooth. This time was checked into a room that had no bed cover, didnt notice until we were getting into bed so had to repack all our things and move room when we were about to go to sleep. Was hard to get through to reception but thought this was due to being late at night. In the morning housekeeping walked into our room three times and knocked a fourth by 10:45 even tho check out was 12. Again we tried calling reception but was difficult getting through. They did extend our check out due to the disturbance all staff were fabulous.

Clean, friendly and comfortable stay

Nice modern reception, bar and restaurant area. The bathroom in the room was also nice a modern which is a style I love.

The corridors seemed a little dated compared to the rooms and reception area but overall a good property

Loud, messy, disorganised, staff not being able to deal with the amount of complaints.

The bathroom was nice.

The beds had one pillow per person. Our room was so far away from lifts. The noise levels at night were awful. We couldnt use the restaurant in the evening because of a prebooked function we were not told about. The breakfast room was too small, it only seated 30 for a big hotel. We waited to for toast that didnt show up. We should have been told that a football team were staying at the hotel. It was further out of London that the time shown.
