Very good

Comfortable and enjoyable.

Cozy, luxury feel. Great food and sheets and bedding. Nice staff.

Rooms were too warm and were rather small for the price. Spa facilities also very, very small for the price.

Superb

Reception staff give a lovely welcome, the homely feel with a touch of luxury is perfect!

The room was a good size with a lovely comfy bed and to have the option of in room mini bar with snacks there if you wanted them was a bonus! shampoos and hand wash were of a good quality meaning that you would not need to bring anything extra, just your toothbrush! Location is great, easy walk in to Richmond and Twickenham (if you wanted to stroll further). Breakfast was freshly cooked and the staff in the restaurant were friendly.

Spa stuff were not the most helpful and to only have access until midday on day of departure when checkout is 11am does not work if you are only staying for 1 night. We would have liked to use the facilities, and one reason why we chose this hotel, but didn't due to the restrictions.

Excellent stay, very clean and great staff. Restaurant and bar was also a really good quality.

Spa was open to the public as well which meant it was busier than expected, but overall an excellent stay and we would definitely return again.

Very enjoyable, lovely food and staff service

We really loved the hotel but there was the noise of some sort of generator that I could hear from my room, 414 that kept me awake on the second night.

Great stay - as always

This property became our hotel of choice in London, because we like everything there: very friendly and helpful team, wonderful newly refurbished spacious rooms with large bathrooms, nice pool, cleanliness throughout, great restaurant.

Very poor

Over rated

Start off by saying the hotel itself is well presented, and the staff are friendly However. The food is poor!!!! I ordered fish and chips which was over fried I ordered a cheeseburger and chips for my son that shouldve came with dental insurance (I sent it bk) I wish I never ordered the Breakfast under room service either as I got charged for tea because I ordered a separate item that was not mentioned on their card total 50 instead of 19.50p The fact I had to pay For parking is beyond a joke when I paid 300 for the night!!! I had to pay a further 10 to take my son swimming in a pool which is actually a lot smaller than what the pictures lead you to believe. Ive travelled around and stayed in a lot of hotels over the years from run-of-the-mill hotels to 5 star hotels I dont think Ive ever been as disappointed as I was staying here complete waste of money and would never do it again!!!!!
