I would not stay on beer street again I would stay out of the centre as its easy enough to walk around

In a very noisy area in beer street , ear plugs helped , the pictures look better than it is

A good location in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter with exceptional staff.

The key staff, Karathy, Noah & Xenia, were friendly, exceptionally helpful and did their best to resolve issues quickly. The hotel was ideally located in the heart of the Old Quarter.

We rely on website images, in part, to decide on our choice of hotel. So it does matter if those images match the reality. We were disappointed the hotel did not live up to the website images; spaces & rooms were smaller, generally "tired" looking compared to the spacious, vibrant images. The cafe where we had breakfast is not the one shown on the website. There was no safe in our room until we requested for it.

Great location and great staff

The hotel is located right on pub street with great restaurants around. The staff was super helpful and accomodation. Karathy (the manager) was an absolute gem! She helped me organise tours, helped me rent a bike and also went above and beyond by helping me with my visa!

Truly outstanding location, right on Hanoi's most happening street, literal party central. I would go as far as to say this is THE best located hotel in Hanoi if you want to experience the city Centre. While we got a really tiny room the first two nights, we got a bigger room the next two. Throughout the staff was super courteous and helpful. We also found the hotel safe. Left our passports in the room and no one touched it. For what we paid, truly amazing.

No restaurant or room service during the day or night. Only breakfast downstairs (which we never used because we went to new cafes). The basic tiny room can be hard for two people. The bigger one with balcony is excellent.

Great location, Brilliant staff and great value for money.

This was the first hotel we stayed in during our two-week trip in Vietnam. We couldn't have chosen a better place to start our adventure. The hotel was brilliant at communicating with us and made everything very easy. The staff on arrival were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The location gets you right into the heart of the Old Quarter. We arrived fairly late at night and headed the short walk to Beer Street after getting our room. Great fun! This is a great place to stay and experience the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. You are quickly immersed in this vibrant city.

Fantastic value for money! Friendly staff!

The staff were always on hand to help you with whatever questions you had. They helped organise day tours and recommendations for things to see. The location was central in Hanoi old quarter. Room was spacious and had great amenities.

Hanoi Bia (beer) street is right on the doorstep of the hotel which means it gets very busy at night and loud.

The location and the customer service received from the staff

Lack of safe in the room. Was quite difficult to regulate the hot water in the shower, it was either too hot or too cold. Siri g the night there was a repetitive sound being triggered. The room at time felt a bit damp.

Excellent location, good service but crumbling infrastructure at 3 star property.

The property is located in the heart of Old Quarter right on Ta Hien, the viral beer street. It allows you to step outside the hotel and be in the middle of the Hanoi vibe. The staff is very friendly and promptly address requests and queries and I would give them top marks for their service.

The hotel is crumbling and the property is desperate for repairs. The rooms look like jaded versions of the online photos and it disappoints when you enter the room. There is a dank smell in the lift foyer downstairs and while there is regular cleaning it feels a bit dirty.

Superb

We would recommend this hotel to friends and family as the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Although very central we were not affected by the noise outside. The staff made our stay very comfortable and we were warmly greeted each time we came back.

The location may not be suitable for all people as very chaotic and loud on the street directly outside. We were aware of this before booking so for us it wasnt a problem.
