Superb

Typical breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffles. It was well stocked and kept very clean.

Bed was a little hard for my tastes, but my wife thought it was comfortable.

Breakfast was good

Was checked into dirty room Stayed 4 nights no servicing at anytime. Workout room was not cleaned and towels and water glasses were not stocked .Staff was rude to my daughter who has a speech disability. The General Manager was very nice and apologetic for her staff.

Exceptional

The room was very nice, spacious, and clean. The bathroom came with full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body gel and lotion attached to the walls. They served a full breakfast from 6am-10am. The staff were very polite and helpful.

I noticed some of the doors in the hall didn't shut all the way. Our hotel door didn't automatically shut when closed - it had to be pulled/pushed shut.

Rooms were not ready for many of the guests (7PM). We had to wait 45min for checkin and our room. reception and breakfast area was dirty. floors were dirty. room and especially the bed were dirty. noisy neighborhood.
