One of my favourite rooms on my trip. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was very nice with lots of space.Very comfortable bed.

The manager Lynette and staff very unprofessional! Lynette was being sarcastic and over-talked me as I was voicing my opinion about my stay! She just brushed me off! She doesnt deserve that position there, Ive never experienced nothing as such!

Good place to stay

Location was easy to access, right off the highway. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. The room was simple but clean. The fitness centre had very nice Nautilus equipment.

Close to the shopping and restaurants but not able to walk to it safely, had to drive. Bathrooms needed updating but adequate for one night stay. Breakfast was not included which would have added to the value.

Friendly staff, but...

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. The updated decor was nice to see. The location was convenient for me - I could go shopping, find food, and get to my family member's house quickly.

The hotel is in an odd spot, so I missed the turn in. The mattress on the bed was too firm, and the pillows were not firm enough. While I appreciate the attempts to update the decor, the mirror in the room was impractical. It did not go to the floor to allow you to see yourself from head to toe. The ironing board was so short and small that it seemed meant for a child to use as a toy. The shower curtain had a slight mildew scent, and the telephone was dirty. But pretty clean otherwise. Oddly enough, there are mirrors on the elevator doors, which the staff say people run into frequently. A terrible design decision (also the elevators need an upgrade on the inside as well- older and not in the best shape). And lastly, for the cost of the room, it would have been nice for the breakfast to be included.
