good location, but the quality of our stay was a little below 4 star standards

great location. the lobby was beautiful. the room had a separate fridge we could use for personal items. the gym seemed nice.

first impression the room was nice, but then we noticed little issues like one of the drawer pull was missing. the level of the room cleaning was inconsistent. the smoke detector battery started chirping very loudly at 4am on the last morning because it needed to be changed. we went to dinner on 1 January at the hotel restaurant. they still had the fix holiday menu, which we were OK with even though it was expensive. they served us a dessert that was clearly plated the evening before (the plate and spoon were cold, the cream of the dessert had dried out). the waiter tried to accommodate us by giving us the other dessert option, which was nice of him. overall we felt that the quality of the stay was below a four star hotel.

Awesome Stay!!!!

Location was convenient to everything. Room was exceptionally clean. Staff were courteous and very engaging. Was able to walk to a ton of venues from hotel location.

I wouldnt stay here again.

I love the location.

Did not feel like a 4 star hotel. It seemed very outdated. The staff was extremely rude every time I asked for something. For what I paid youd expect good service. The bathtub did not drain, it was gross to have the bath water sitting there.

Its was just OK to sum it up. But for the money Id rather stay at the Jefferson or the Mayflower.

Clean and location good. Valet parking guys were great.

Hot water lasted about 3 min. I was on the 14th floor sounded like a helicopter was landing on the roof the whole time. Must have been the HVAC units on top of the building. There was no one to take our bags up or down from the room.

Wonderful Stay at the Hamilton!

This hotel is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The front desk upgraded our rooms to ones with a view and ensured they put my family in 3 rooms literally right next door to one another. The hotel is not too far of a walk from different touristy locations. Overall, great stay! Excuse the blurry pictures, they are screenshots from a video I took as I didn't take actual pictures of the facility.

While I still rate this at the highest level, the one thing I wish this store had is a small convenience type store inside of it for buying waters and snacks. There is a mini bar area in the room, but those were not things I was interested in. CVS was not a far walk at all, though, so in a pinch or forget a necessity, you can go there. There are also several food locations around as there is only 1 at the hotel.
