The Ham Yard Hotel exceeded expectations for a honeymoon weekend, with impeccable rooms and a wonderful spa. The location near Piccadilly Circus and West End theatres was convenient. The staff were f (Read More)riendly and accommodating, even helping with a proposal celebration. The hotel is faultless, with immaculate rooms and excellent service. A media day visitor praised the location, service, facilities, and menus, and plans to return.

Superb

Our special trip was made memorable by our stay at Ham Yard

Restaurant and bar had great atmosphere and breakfast was especially good. Location was excellent. My daughter and I shared a delux room which was very comfortable. The front desk and consierge team were excellent.

Superb

Clean, modern hotel with great bar and perfect location.

Junior suite was well designed and spacious. Bathroom clean and contemporary. Location perfect for Regent street, Piccadilly square and the London Palladium. Breakfast included, was a good selection.

Disappointed for value.

Breakfast and staff at breakfast were great.

Upgraded our room - it was spacious but poorly laid out we had to lift the TV to watch it while in bed. Generally staff good, in breakfast great, but had a rude experience on returning our first night as we said the wrong room number and cause unnecessary comments. Ive been to the Ham Yard lots for business lunches and breakfasts, never stayed. Normally stay at the Rosewood or Claridges and we wanted to try something different.
