Very good

Great location in Seminyak for beach & shopping.

Great location minutes to the beach. Friendly helpful staff. Drinking water fountain is supplied. Excellent breakfast. Relaxing stay plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

They need to consider renovating the bathroom. Outdated and tired.

Great location and the rooms were really spacious. The staff were also really nice and helpful.

The bathrooms are a bit old and dingy but its still clean. The breakfast is only average.

Superb

Staff made us feel special

Staff at Gracia Villas are outstanding. They could not do enough for us and really made us feel special. Wilan was especially helpful even before we arrived. Our villa's setting was spectacular, beautiful garden and so quiet. Excellent air conditioning.

Bathroom could do with a bit of updating and bedroom.a coat of paint, but did not detract at all from our stay.

Home away from home

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and spas. Nice pool. Spacious room. Privacy, quiet. Due to our late flight, the host was gracious to extend our check out time. Thank you so much. Highly appreciated.

The towels for the pool is nice but the bathroom towel are dated. Bathroom need more hangers for clothes.

This was an excellent villa in a very good location. Quiet, but close to beach and shopping.

Communication with staff was excellent. We needed laundry done as soon as we arrived and it was taken care of in 10 mins at a very reasonable price. Needed a driver at the end of our stay. Once again taken care of. Location is fabulous. Short walk to either the beach or shopping and many good food places. Breakfast was delivered to our villa each morning at the time we specified and was lovely food. Photos of villa on webpage are very accurate. Kitchen had a large fridge and microwave if you wanted to cook at the villa. Bedrooms are huge and very well air-conditioned. Bathrooms also provided shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

We could really not find anything about this place that we felt needed improvement. As above, communication with staff was really good and facilities were as pictured on the website.

Great Value Great People

The location was excellent for accessing the Seminyak area and the staff were phenomenal especially Widia, Pandu and Dian. Very good value and great to have breakfast delivered to Villa
