Great hotel

We were in this hotel for the NYE and the location is excellent. The hotel is very welcoming - the pantry on every floor with drinks and snacks is a brilliant touch. The breakfast was sensational.

Such a great hotel, luxury room, plenty of space, amazingly designed, beautiful pool area with great views of the city, amazing breakfasts, great room service (come oon - wagyu burger ordered at 3 AM delivered to room at 3:15??), professional staff, all so kind and helpful, cannot recommend this place more.

Loved it!

Really enjoyed (tbh we LOVED) our stay at the hotel! + The location is great. + The staff were SUPER welcoming, friendly and helpful. + The room was just as advertised (which rarely happens) - beautiful, clean and with a great view of the city. + Our room itself (we stayed in the Deluxe King) had a mini bar and coffee machine, etc but every floor has a pantry where guest can get extra tea and coffee, which I thought was a very nice touch. + Breakfast and all the other amenities (we ended up spending a whole long morning by the pool) were great + The added vouchers in the room to stores like Hugo Boss, Michael Kors, etc were a REALLY NICE touch (didnt expect it at all, so kudos to the staff!).

The only negative about the hotel is that it is a little bit tricky to find, since it is inside a shopping center which makes it initially harder to locate. However - dont let that be a showstopper! I would highly recommend this!
