Pleasant

Reasonable for one night

The location was perfect for our needs

At 8am in the morning when we went for a swim there were no fresh towels only small hand towels for gym. This is very disappointing for early in the morning. Also spa was not working. I am beginning to think it may never work as it is not the first time we have encountered this. If we were there for a longer stay this would have been very unsatisfactory. Given these issues I think the value for money paid was very diminished.

Good property but overall lacking some aspects

Location was excellent, at the first place we were checked into a lower floor and almost couldnt see any view from what we had seen upon making the booking online but staff (Connie) was very attentive to my request and organised room move for us. Big thanks!

We spoke to one of the front desk agent about the aircon not being cold at all. She said she was going to fix it but nothing happened at all until we checked out. My parents had to bear with the heat throughout the night which was not quite pleasant..

Disappointing

The water took a very long time to get warm / hot in the shower and basin. Buffet breakfast was very average. No room service menu apart from breakfast food.
