Excellent and friendly service by everyone. Hotel and our room was nice and clean.
Location was convenient to where we needed for medical appointments. All the desk clerks were so friendly and pleasant when answering our questions. The desk clerk even helped us with ordering food. The breakfast was excellent and the person handling it was friendly. She wanted to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything else. She greeted us with a smile and Good Morning.
I cannot think of anything that we did not like.

We informed the hotel that we will be 5 but the sofabed was not ready when we checked in at 10pm
