Proximity to the airport and where we needed to be. The breakfast was great and we made use of the pool

We were placed in a corner unit which appeared to be half the size of other units. This created some problems given how small the desk area was to work on. Since we were only there two days and arrived late the first day it was hard to try to get it switched

I will be back next year for our Christmas celebration.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

The air conditioning didnt seem to get as cold as I like it but in their defense I like it set at 65.

Superb

Everyone was very nice. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was great. The evening reception was nice. Location was good for what we were doing. Only about 15-20 minutes from downtown. If im in Dallas again, I will definitely be staying here.

Pillows were down alternative. They were way too soft for my liking, no support. The mattress was a little hard. I'm used to my Sleep Number bed, so most beds are too hard.
