Pleasant stay but felt front desk could have been more welcoming.

Breakfast was outstanding, room was very comfortable. Hotel dcor was great.

At check in and checkout desk staff were talking amongst themselves for a few minutes instead of taking care of me, not sure why but for a quality hotel I feel the guest should come first. Also in the shower there was no shampoo in the provided refillable dispenser, this in itself was not a huge issue as I travel with toiletries however makes me wonder what else is lacking with up keep that cant be so easily seen or quantified.

Nice heated indoor pool. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Happy hour was a nice touch.

Parking should have been free. Especially considering they are not located downtown and they have their own dedicated parking lot.

Convenient and comfortable

The location was convenient, and the hotel was very pleasant. We had a suite that nicely suited our needs, and it was kept clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfasts were generous and delicious.

Restaurant dinners were pretty unimpressive, and they were quite understaffed.

it was okay

My room AC was not working, called front desk and the rep said he would send the engr up, he never did ... had to call the 2nd time before i could get a front desk personnel to attend to us, had my room changed at 1.49am. Had to wake up my kids and spouse and start moving to a different room.

Many people need to work during the holidays. Please be consistent about the dining hours.

During the holiday season the graciousness of the all the workers with the exception of the restaurant administration was a plus.

The restaurant hours were limited. Yes, it was a holiday but some people need to eat in the hotel. The rudeness of the administration of the restaurant is inexcusable. The difference between before the pandemic and the present is palpable. The staff workers are the same as before. Their graciousness never faltered.
