Beautiful hotel. Beds were comfortable. Loved all the amenities. Breakfast was great!!

The lady at the service desk was rude. My booking quote was not honored. I didnt like the fact that breakfast wasnt included in the price.

Great place to stay for an event at the Cox center

Very nice location -The best part was Eddie the door man. He made sure we and other guests got to the venue across the street in time. The Cox Center had locked the doors directly across the street and it was to far for my 83 year old mom and others to walk. He was a true GEM.

Pretty okay

Room was comfortable. Pool area was clean

We found someone's shoe under the desk in what was supposedly a clean room. Front desk staff didn't even apologize just took shoe from us with a kleenex after we carried it down.

Disappointing

Took forever to check in. Like 30 mins.

I was told at the desk that breakfast was in the dining area in the AM. Like it was included.......however after we began eating they gave me a bill for 15$ a plate. It was buffet style and all precooked. It was pretty bland but included it was worth it. However15$.....no way! They also charged an additional 25$ for parking.......it was 212.00 for 1 night. I feel like that deserves breakfast and parking. I wont stay here again. I will stay next door at Laquinta. They are more reasonably priced and they let you drop at the door. You dont have to haul your stuff from parking garage.

The mobile check-in was nice because we were there for a concert, and there were a ton of people checking in at the same time that were also there for the concert.

The elevator in the parking garage was not working, so having to walk up and down from the top level of the parking garage was not great.

Nice hotel, great location decent value.

Enjoy the location, the bar/restaurant is a nice place to relax. The beds are very comfortable. Felt safe.

Only real issue was just the cramped bathroom, the toilet and shower are stuffed into a room the size of a closet and the door swings in so it makes it a little awkward. Other than that no complaints.
