The Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Tulsa Downtown - Arts District has well-appointed and clean rooms with convenient amenities. The location is great for accessing downtown and nearby attractions, pa (Read More)rticularly baseball games. Some guests experienced staff disappearing around 5pm, but it was viewed as a one-time event. Noise from trains is to be expected in any downtown hotel. Overall, the hotel is recommended for its comfortable rooms and friendly staff, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers.

Superb

Great location with easy parking garage behind hotel.

Breakfast room is a bit small, but the food options were fine. The location is great with lots of restaurants walkable from there.

Exceptional

Clean & New Hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room and nice soft king bed, great location. Free daily hot breakfast, coffee & tea was a plus. Free parking in an adjacent ramp. Gladly stay here again and highly recommend.

Location and the rooms were a nice size.

To change the TV channel you had to get up and hold the controller behind the tv. The pancake machine was broken. Some staff was hard to communicate with, they didnt understand English.

Love this hotel and I will always come back!

Love the location! Excellent staff and breakfast was amazing!

The only bad part was the toilet had some issues. And there was a slight sewer smell on our floor.

A lovely place to stay when in Tulsa

The staff is extremely welcoming and concerned for the safety of every guest. It was a beyond exceptional experience. I cannot recommend this property highly enough! Their suggestions for local eateries was spot on as well as the directions. Parking is easy!
