Nice hotel. Definitely would stay again

Very clean. Very comfy beds. Very nice staff. Had to stay here last minute because of issues at another hotel and they couldn't have been more welcoming

AC control didn't work properly. Noise isolation is not good. We were able to hear our neighbors and lifts.

Never again!

Location was perfect to medieval times and room was somewhat clean. Bartender was very nice!

The parking lot is terrible (your walking up hill or downhill) and its $15 a night, not disclosed at booking. Smoke alarm went off at 11pm at night, and elevators stopped..we were on the 6th floor with a baby. What about the elderly that cant use stairs? No one would pick up the phone at the next when this happened. It was determined it was someone smoking weed. No police showed up no fire departmentwhile the alarm is going off for over 10 mins no one knew why. Desk supervisor was absolutely rude and could careless about the situation said the maintenance guy was trying to see where the weed smell was coming from yeah right!
