never again. It was extremely disrespectful.

I liked the room, and the shower.

Was out of shower gel. Although I was first to shower right after we checked in. I had to shower with shampoo. Room didn't get cleaned, although I requested it. I was told that I requested not to clean it!!! Even after I clearly requested it again, it still was not cleaned except once and did't but any fresh towels :/ had to re use our towels for the entire 4 days. Asked for extra towels, they gave me a lot of hand towels!!!! We are 6ft tall, not sure how to use the hand towels!!! Ridiculous!! Called front desk shortly after we checked in to inquire about where to pickup deliveries and my Instacart, they hung up on me before I even asked my question. I understand they were busy, but I am a customer as well. Being busy is not an excuse for being rude! Could have placed me on hold instead. My second room, my guest asked for some type of wire, I can't remember what exactly, multiple times he was told "we will bring it up to your room" on day 3 he went to Target and bought one. My food delivery was thrown away the one time they cleaned!! We haven't even ate it yet!!!! Nothing 4 stars about the service.

Over all we loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

It was close to a lot of things

Room was cold like the window needed to be re seal, had to turn heat up higher. Toilet making a pulsating noise when you flushed the stool.

Durty rooms and rude personal and expensive parking

The location is good. The hotel bar serve very good food.

The cleaning was terrible. In fact for 4 nights nobody cleaned the room. I even had to ask for toilet paper because we hadnt seen any housekeeping. We booked two rooms. Both rooms didnt clean. We left one day earlier because of the bad service. When I complained to the receptionist she was rude and sarcastic. Parking at the hotel is the most expensive in the city. The parking is in the hotel building but it costs 62 usd per night. No any discount for hotel guests.

Stay in doubletree..value for money

It was an amazing hotel. We booked it for 2 nights. Location is good, right on the magnificent miles. You can walk to almost all tourist places in downtown. Got several food options nearby. Staff was helpful . Rooms were spacious and clean. 360 observatory, oak st beach, ohio st beach, navy pier, the cloud gate, crown fountain were close. The boatrides and cruise rides could be taken easily too from chicago riverwalk. Loved the ambience. Overall a great stay.
