Good modern hotel in a great central location

Location very good, pool and amenities well maintained. Staff were friendly, they also gave us a free drinks token on NYE which was a nice touch.

We loved our stay!

We loved the modern room, the cute surprise detail for our anniversary, the lovely staff, the steam room and the location.

Unfortunately when my husband ordered an omelet for breakfast it never came and there was no communication about what happened but when we said we were leaving the lady told him that she never put the order through and apologised. The pool was nice but it wasn't very deep at all and was always full of children. While I love children, it may have been nice to having a separate pool for adults to be able to do laps. The buffet breakfast wasn't bad however there wasn't all that much choice so it felt a bit pricey for very basic food options. I think adding a free movie option to the TV would be fun. Lastly, I would highly recommend adding signage for where the steam and sauna rooms are located and that they are unisex as a few people asked about this and got lost.

Great hotel

Clean, organized hotel. Love the way the Hotel decorations, and details. Room was excellent clean. Staffs was so polite and helpful.

The pool heated, but still cold . If pool more warm would be great

Not a bad place to stay

Room was amazingly quiet and the curtains made the room perfectly dark.

Staff were slow and inattentive. Our bags were delivered to our room and they were missing some of them. Staff service was pretty poor in general.

Close to Southern Cross Station. The staff were friendly, buffet breakfast was great, as was the pool.

Room wasn't cleaned properly, still had someone's medication in room, floors were dirty, no mini bar, bed was hard , no cutlery,no slippers as per description upon booking.
