great location but some aspects need woprking on

breakfast okay - hot food only warm - staff could be more hospitable - very few smiles at breakfast - location is great

surfaces in room not at eye level never dusted - I could write my hane in top shelf above mini bar and top shelf above hanging space - dust threads and clumps of dust hanging from vent in shower - not just a cleanliness issue but a health hazard given choice of not replacing towels - hung them up and still replaced was in an area of 2 rooms behind a locked door - constant banging on outside door to get other rooms attention - not impressed

Room was clean and comfortable although roller blind broken in room

Queuing for reception breakfast non existent all heated trays empty had cereal and toast only no utensils available no glasses available for juice we came down at 8.45am you would think breakfast would be replenished extremely disappointing approached staff told how busy they have been not good enough lobby toilet not serviced dirty and no toilet paper

Excellent staff, great location, very clean

We had some Jack hammer type loud reverberating noise that was most likely connected to the aircon or elevator. Please check out the top floor room 2221. We have a recording if you would like to review it. There needs to be a better system for your coffee and tea. The two times we have stayed, one of your machines has broken. We suggest regular Coffee and tea and wait staff to bring to tables when guests arrive. Always running low on glasses for juice, cutlery, and mugs. Maybe time to buy more and have them stored in the decorative lighted areas and cupboards. Regular orange juice would be nice. We applaud you on getting bacon but it could have been cooked a bit more. Keep up the good work, we can see your improvements over time.

Great location, close to cbd and all of southbank

Worst breakfast ever experienced at a hotel, all hot foods were at room temperature and unpalatable,.pastries and muffins were heavy and stale..very disappointed. Shouldn't be difficult to keep hot foods warm
