It was great overall but could have been better.

Location, comfy beds, and the cleanliness. The housekeeping staff were awesome!

Staff at reception. I had to stand in the rain to ring the doorbell for the car park only not to be let in. Had to physically walk in again to reception to ask them to open. Literally no staff helped with the luggage nor bring a luggage trolley. Access cards didnt work at 1st then was informed by reception staff you need to swipe it 3 times.

Fantastic location, rooms were lovely and clean and staff were very friendly

The shower screen is too small, we could barely fit through the door due to a poorly placed towel rail.

An enjoyable short hoilday

Good location. Nice Yarra river view. Close to attractions within walking distance.

The exhaust fan in the toilet is rather noisy. The drive way in car park is extremely narrow need good driving skills!

Would stay again - no question.

Great location, close to trams, great view, well maintained property and such wonderful staff - great guest interaction every single time. So clean everywhere, fast service, happy to store bags the next day. We took our parents to Melbourne and they loved everything about the accommodation- huge thanks!

I wouldnt say its a dislike as such but there isnt a breakfast buffet if you wanted it. One set is of chairs looks modern but not comfortable- still couch was, other chair was, dining chairs were. There is a bath shower so this could be an accessibility issue for some.
