Disappointing

Wouldnt stay here again.

Good location.

Staff seemed kind, but didnt offer the amenities that were promised at check in. Beds were very uncomfortable. Forgot something in the room and housekeeping claims it was not there.

Great location and very comfortable

The location was excellent, with an entrance to the PATH underground city on 2nd floor, the view from the room was great, the room was very big and spacious, beds were comfortable, breakfast was pretty good.

The water pressure wasnt the best (we were on 19th floor) and the waiters at breakfast added an extra tip for themselves without our authorization which we got back when we checked out.

Great location

Staff were not highly trained. On check in, they did not ask for my daughter name or passport, and in the second day when she went with my brother for a visit and forgot her door card they refused to let her in and insisted that I come personally to the reception to let her in. According to the staff, they tried to ring my room but the phone was not working. Another thing, we had car for the first 3 days, and we used the hotel car park. However when we checked out they charged us for the whole period which means extra 2 nights, and when we explained that we used the hotel car park for only 3 nights they said we should have told them, although one of their own staff (valet) was parking the car and registering the plate number and the room number.
