Sheraton -Simply The Best!

Sheraton -Simply The Best! Amazing staff, beautiful atmosphere with a variety of backgrounds, fantastic amenities inside our room, perfect location to stay and get around to events and visit sites (celebrated my 60th birthday) and was graciously upgraded by Steven. We had a fantastic view of the Nathan Phillips Square for 2 nights. We arrived 3 hours early and was allowed to check in immediately with my autistic-adult son. We were loaned a small microwave; which made everything perfect and exceptional! We ate at the CF Eaton Centre which is in walking distance. We also walked to the St.Lawrence Market; along with the CN Tower and the Ripley's Aquarium (next to each other). This was my first time going to these 3 sites (my bucket list). Our beds were too comfortable. I could have just stayed in bed for two days and just watch tv and admire the view outside. We were there on rainy and foggy days.

Loved the amazing hotel and the location but be prepared for the bells that chimes on the hour -the Old City Hall Clock Tower (60 Queen St.). I personally got use to them on the 2nd night as our beds were much too comfortable; felt like sleeping on a cloud.

Great location for visiting Toronto!

I love that its located right in the middle of attractions and activities. The Toronto sign and City Hall are just across the street. Eaton Centre and Union Station are within walking distance. I enjoyed the breakfast with a variety of food to choose from.

The cleaning crew was not as attentive as youd expect from a 4-star hotel. My room was cleaned but the used glasses were left behind. The eating area isnt big enough to accommodate the number of guests that come for breakfast. I would expect that this is something that should have been long considered.

Everybody works for your wellbeing

The Hotel is very well localized and all the support from staff was amazing. The view of the room that we got was amazing and the facilities were very well available.

The TV software presented some problems like I could not connect a video game in HDMI port and the mobile key works only on Elevator not to open the room door.

We managed to have fun even with the accommodations.

Location is great. Not right downtown but close enough to everything. View was great. Staff were awesome.

The room was pretty run down. No ventilation at all, not even exhaust in the washroom. One of the elevators is very loud, we thought it was a street car going by the window at first. Shower started to back up after first night. So gross was the phlegm in pool when we were swimming. That was slightly traumatic. No staff around that area or Im sure they would have handled it as they were great. Property needs work over all. It does have a decent gym if thats your thing.

We stayed for three days and the room and washrooms are clean and spacious. we enjoyed our stay but when it comes to breakfast which is included in our stay was very disappointing. There is no buffet and we need to stay with our children in the line for long period of time until we find a place to sit.this happened all three days when we went to breakfast even when we were there on time. Even though we got a table it is very disappointing to say that in the menu there were very less to select from the menu and on some days the juice we ordered were out of stock. Please consider this matter and I suggest you all to expand this dining area and if possible arrange buffet breakfast for the guests. Actually comparing to Queensland Australia Sheraton , this is very poor service, food also not tasty as well. We disappointed about our stay because of food and table cleaning it is very stinky.

Everything other than the below items, everything was good.

Pool was freezing, not an enjoyable experience. Need better heating in the indoor area of the pool. Usually, when we go to a hotel, we love to spend time in the pool area to relax. Our room was much too warm, unable to decrease the temp in the room. When turned off heating, the room got much warmer. My whole family was very uncomfortable due to the temperature of the room.
