Absolutely dreamy hotel, feel like in paradise!

Absolutely dreamy hotel, feel like in paradise! The territory looks like botanical garden and jangle ! The villas are very comfortable with private pools! Infinity pool is fantastic! The restaurant and the food are incredible, the prices are very acceptable! All the people, working in this hotel are very kind and friendly. I would say this hotel deserve 5stars or even more! Special thanks to Aksis for unique service ! 100% recommend to everyone who is looking something special !

Amazing staff and a lovely oasis to relax and chill

Staff were amazing, friendly and attentive. It was very relaxing and the pools were amazing. So nice to return to a little oasis after travelling around. Would defiantly go back

Lovely

The staff was very accommodating, they made sure all our needs were met. The hotel property is beautiful. We especially loved the swimming pools. Breakfast was delicious and they had a very good spa. We extended our stay.

Nothing really but the restaurant music mostly consisted of emotional cover pop songs, which could be improved by more fitting choice of music

Quiet place amidst lots of trees. Amazing property - eye pleasingreasonably price but away from ubud

1. Absence of scenic beauty 2. Location is far away from UBUD. This can make your trips long 3. Variety of food in the in-house restaurant was extremely limited especially for us who are pure vegetarian 4. The infinity pool was eating space abs nothing else. During my 4 days stay I didn't see a single person use it. It had leaves on it. No attention was paid to it as it was not used by anyone. This is mainly because it's not open in majestic view.

The bed was comfortable

The room wasnt the room we booked. We complained to reception but they said it was correct. They said that our private hot tub we should have had was actually a normal bath! We should have had a separate bedroom-we did not. Cleaning was of a poor standard. Finally, our garden view was indeed a view of the local stream complete with the local sewage etc. Horrible.

Nice environment, quiet, rooms are clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the light did not work so impossible to enjoy the terrace and swimming pool by night... And no one to manage that after our call to the welcome desk .
