Great stay

The part was the beach right outside the door. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The food was really good. The view from the room was great.

The noise. It's ok, I knew it is close to the airport, but that is the only think I did not like :)

beach access and bartenders at the pool were excellent

no live salsa or spanish music live bands had to got other Hotels and pay more out of pocket for drinksAlso no PR food!!! had to go out side and find places!!! should have a PR menu authentic menu even if its on weekend

The hotel was nice and roomy.

The rooms were nice and big. The food was good at the restaurants.

Hot tub water was filthy and brown. We came home with sand flea bites all over us. (Not the hotels fault, but wont go back to that beach). When we were in Rincn, did not get any bites.

the staff were great, but I would not stay here again

staff very friendly, property is beside the airport so convenient, on the beach

very dated, musty smell, food was very average, very loud with airplanes taking off (I knew itd be kind or loud, but the rooms werent well insulated from noise like many other airport hotels where Ive stayed)
