Very nice hotel and super friendly staff

Breakfast was good and very friendly staff. The hotel was in a great location. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

I paid for a room for three guests with breakfast included but it only covered breakfast for two guests. The reservation should of covered the breakfast for the three guests that I paid for.

I have a good time.

The room was very comfortable, clean, modern and nice view. Nice pool, laundry 24 hours, restaurant food was good.

Casino close at 1:30 am. WHAT? No backpack or packages in the casino. What? One day the taxi let me at the casino entrance. Because the no backpack policy I had to walk thru the parking lot all around the hotel to use the lobby entrance and was raining.

Great stay to relax and have some fun with the family!

Location, size and cleanliness of room, casino

Entrance coming from Mayagez is somewhat dangerous. This is also the exit and at night it feels dangerous too.

Another great stay.

The staff is always friendly. The hotel is very clean from parking to room. The service is always top notch and the place is quiet. Even in this neverending heatwave, the a/c stays as strong as always. Finally, this might seem silly, but the water pressure and temperature are always great.

The hallways could be a littler colder.

It was beyond my expectations. Hotel has gone thru renovations, all for its betterment.

Breakfast was great- especially when it was included in my direct dealings with the hotel- not through booking.com. Staff was attentive, respectful and great to deal with.

Lack of activities in the evening. Theres not much to do in the town of Mayaguez itself.

It was ok.

Comfortable room

The Staff Didnt change my bed sheets during the day and when I got to the room tired and at night time I had to call the room service and get the clean ones.
