Disappointing
Short, noisy, malodorous. The manager has since contacted me to refund my expenses.
Convenient location.
The room heater was very very noisy and ultimately developed a rubber smell. Informed over-worked desk clerk (who was excellent). She was constantly checking in guests (at one point, a line of ten). She worked alone and tried to address my concerns. At no point in the evening was she able to break away from check-ins. She was that busy. I finally told her that I would merely take the shuttle to the airport since I had to get up early anyway. This was a safety issue because of the burning rubber smell, yet they had no maintenance personnel on site!!!

Very good
Just what we needed, comfortable, safe convenient
We have stayed here before and have always had a good nights sleep before an early flight. The airport shuttle works perfectly. There was a breakfast, grab bag of fruit and breakfast bar even at 4 AM.
They were short staffed so check in was slower than usual but everyone was pleasant.

Very adequate hotel. Was very clean. Just no hot water.
The breakfast was adequate. An apple and a muffin.
The shower had very little hot water. Very annoying.
