Me and my family loved our stay at your Ramada Plaza hotel in Maine Portland, the tranquility, the property of the room, swimming pool, jaccuzi, the bathrooms, the restaurant had good food with generous portions. the receptionists at reception were professional but lacked a smile. a big thank you for your services and to the entire team of staff at your hotel, a huge thank you to the lady in the room maintenance department who was very smiling, welcoming, kind to my children and to us. I wish you good luck and I will recommend your hotel with pleasure to my family and friends because your services deserve to become popular in Canada and the USA, even a good address for international tourists.

On arrival the 3 staff were trying fix an account problem for a customer. It seemed to take 3. And no one even acknowledged my standing there. Just ignored me until the problem for the other customer was solved. Only 1 of the 3 had a shirt from the company. The other 2 were in jeans and sweaters or adidas jacket. No way to know they were staff. And the next morning the same. No indication they were staff. No name tags even. But not acknowledging me was off putting. And the instructions from the staff were so fast it was had to understand.

the room is big enough and the bed is comfortable, the breakfast at the Stacks (in the same building) met our expectation

the heating equipment was awfully loud like an airplane, and it switched on every 30 minutes. Unfortunately the isolation of the window is almost nothing and the cold air could come in easily :-(

Location was great, right near the highway. Easy on & off to go places

The toilet rocked forward everytime you sat on it. The tub wouldn't drain, so you were standing in 6 inches of soapy water during your shower. There were splatter stains on the peeling bathroom wallpaper and rust on the fixtures. The sheets were so threadbare you could see thru them in some places. We had only one towel, although the front desk did give us more. And I had to replace my key card twice because it stopped working!

Stay was pleasant, but disappointing with bed size as I was unable to sleep.

Location & convince. Plenty of parking for the company Holiday Party that we had hosted on the premises. Plenty of rooms for our employees who stayed over.

I booked months head and paid extra for a king suite. And our room only had a queen bed. My husband is 69 and a queen bed is not comfortable for the 2 of us.

Great location, great staff especially our housekeeper Jim everytime he seen us asked if we needed anything super nice guy! The restaurant thats in the hotel was excellent, Stacks was the name.

Cant say anything bad, our tub was clogged, they got right on it, great staff.
