The prices online. The tall Hispanic male worker was nice but the Hispanic manager lady was rude and not nice.

The bed bugs and the manager was not compassionate. Yes I was irritated because I got bit. They initially sent the housekeeping and not an accredited person to check for bed bugs. I work for state and do investigations. The manager had a really bad attitude towards someone who experienced something. She tried to send me to a room right across the infestation. I needed another room. She was irritating when you paying your money and being treated like you lying. I'm reporting it to state

Exceptional

Stay was great we will stay there again when we come to the area

The room was huge, very clean, beds were comfy, gave us so many pillows I love pillows! The staff was nice. The coffee machine in our room did not work because they had the wrong coffee pods for the type of machine it was but that seems to happen in a lot of hotels we stay at lately. But they do have decent coffee downstairs. Overall it was really good.

The only kind of annoying thing was like I mentioned above the coffee maker in the room wasn't usable but it wasn't a deal breaker for us I just went down to the lo by and got some there.

Terrible terrible place. - My room smelled like cigarettes even though I paid for a non-smoking room. - Their system mistakenly charged me for something that even the receptionist said she didn't know why it charged me. She promised I'd be refunded but it still isn't here. - They had this in-room AC that was no joke as loud as a car engine. If not for noise cancelling headphones I don't think I would've been able to sleep. - The sink water was coming out in drops. I eventually gave up and had to brush my teeth in the shower Just all around terrible. Genuinely pissed I wasted money on this place...

Checking in. Guy was rude. Asked for no Maud service. We would call for towels. Someone was in our room on sat with lock on. Finally open door. It was the housekeeper. My black coach duffle back and gun taken from suit case was in bag by door. Noting was taken. But thing's moved from places. We packed up and checked out a day early. Talked to front desk. They didn't care

Disappointing experience. OK for one night, but not more than that.

The hotel is cheap and the rooms were of a good size.

The common areas had a very bad smell, the walls of common areas and the room needed a repainting, there were stains and parts of paint falling. I was first assigned to a room were there was a leakage, the floor was completely wet, and I had to wait for the staff to prepare another room. The hotel is close to a highway and the windows are not so good, so there is a constant noise in the room (day and night).

Convenient to Medical Facilities

It smells like sewer and it still has signs of Construction going on but dont see anything being done The gentleman working at time of arrival was not friendly and didnt feel welcomed Room smelled of cigarette
