The night staff, the lack of knowledge, and unprofessional customer service that led to all of our problems.
1) arrived at 11pm, have us a room that was occupied. Thankfully no one was in the room. Beer everywhere, unmade bed and toothbrush on bath counter.
2) when going back down to exchange the room, we explained what we saw, and we got asked, did you stay in it? I said no, we just got here and the other guy gave us the room. We felt like he accused.
They couldnt give us the same room (suite), so they gave us a lesser room and a discount for the mix up.
3) we got our room and the next morning I asked for an extended time to check out, 1ish), the guy on the phone said, "Sure:. I got a text during my busyness meeting that my disabled husband and his ESA with all our stuff needs to be out at 1.
I had to leave my meeting to get them out. THAT WAS NOT GOOD!
4) I get there and speak to the manager and she said she would give me a discount, and proceeded to tell me the same price they told to me last night. So the first discount didn't even get applied.
5) I leave the front desk to get my them out of the room at 1pm to find out that they have already kicked him out and I had to track him down.
6) The tub was smugged and dirty
