The location

The staff at the front desk was not friendly . Room service for my other guest I travel with they did not clean the room came in an pickup trash and towels and that was it we stayed for 5 days 4 nights clean the room on the 4 night.

Only thing I didnt like is they give a card for 2 free drinks a day but you have to go between 5 and 630 well nobody is there at those times. Change the times

I would never stay here again in short words

The lobby area and staff was really nice I have zero complaints about staff and the lobby

The elevators would randomly stop working and you couldnt get past the second floor unless you walk around to the other two sets of elevators and hope they work , the room had no heat turned on the heat to 90 got nothing but cold air I told them the maintenance guy came looked at it and left nothing was fixed the covers were dirty had stains and hair on them from the last guest it sucks because I love this hotel chain but this location needs upgrades or should take embassy suites name off it I will stay at the one closer to Arlington next time looks way nicer
