Perfect location and friendly staff.

Location and size of the hotel. Porters were particularly friendly and helpful with lots of tips.

The pool area is incredibly out of touch and dated. Would not stay in the hotel again based on the lack of this amenity. It gets so hot in Singapore it would be nice to have a lovely pool area to relax and unwind in. Would say the pool area was reflective of a 2/3 star hotel.

Enjoyed every bit of my time at this Hotel and I would recommend it to everyone.

The room was very neat, with a great view. I also got an upgrade which was quite kind of the hotel. The location was also quite okay as it was pretty close to the local transportation needed to the major attractions and malls.
