Very poor

Worst Hilton I've ever stayed at.

The location was good. Most of the staff were friendly. The lobby was decorated nicely. There's not much else to say.

My room was awful. It was outdated, the sliding glass door was very greasy with handprints all over it and it wouldn't open, plus the carpet was shredded in several places. I cannot believe I paid $700 per night for such a terrible room.

Total disappointment! Not worth the price at all

Location pool and beach access

Dusty dirt and pills on the bathroom floor from previous guests. Asked for it to be cleaned stayed four days it was still there when we left. Chipped pain in tub. Mattresses very uncomfortable. Room door rattles loudly when anyone else on the floor opens their door had to sleep with luggage in front of main door to keep it from banging. Lots of staff but bar service very slow. Cockroaches crawling on the wall in the onsite lobby restaurant. One washer dryer for the guests for the entire property 3$ to wash 3$ to dry change machine broken front desk and concierge also had no change. The staff suggested my husband go from store to store asking for change they didnt have any either so they suggested he ask other guests. Once we were done panhandling for change in lobby of our resort, the dryer didnt even work so we had wet laundry hung all over our entire room for days. I called the corporate complete number. They said the manager would be in touch in three days that was seven days ago and I have not heard from them. Paying for and getting car from garage and valet was time consuming

disappointing

the lobby & bar is quite nice. On Sat there were artisans selling items. very nice. but the rest of the layout is complicated and there is no map of the property. Unfortunately, it rained all 5 days so we didn't get to enjoy the ground or pool. air conditioning in the room worked well.

Cost is very very high. comparable properties in the Dominican Republic are much less and they are all-inclusive. the room had an odd smell. Tried to change room. Mortons was great. Taxis were available at all times even with extreme rain.

Disappointing

Disappointing for its price.

I guess location

It was large enough as its stated in add. I was expecting a 500-600sqft but it looks like 150-200sqft, For almost $500 per night, its disappointing to get into the hotel that its linen are not so white (looks old), bed is not made properly, old carpet, tub doesnt drain well when u take showers, broken fridge, bathroom door doesnt close properly so theres no privacy
