Overall my stay was okay!

Breakfast was ok. The room was spacious. The location was nice.

Wasn't able to sleep due to outside noise.

Breakfast was okay. Real crme for coffee would be great. More fruit would have been nice.

The shower did not get very hot which is okay if it is hot.

Great value in a top location

Location is great. The value is unbeatable (Free breakfast, free beach club chairs and umbrellas).

The room felt slightly small. The shower can be lukewarm at times.

The staff did best at convenience ensuring simple needs were met such as towels and rags. It was a calm scene very beautiful

Everybody had a communication barrier but gestures and pointing and directing got everybody point across

Does the job but nothing great

Breakfast was good

No hot water at all, we told the staff multiple times and they said somebody would come up to fix it and nobody showed, a whole week with no hot water. Saw a note of the front desk saying rooms with no hot water and a lot of rooms were listed.

Exceptional

The room was very clean, comfortable and the staff were very accommadating. I was pleasantly surprised at the nice breakfast that they offered, there was juice & hot food, not just muffins and coffee.

The staff was very eager to help and were dressed professional but we will not be returning .

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.

The entrance to our room door were constrictive . Apparently our room was next to a busy entrance , because we heard the doors slamming all night. Although we knew that we were in a busy area , the parking to the hotel was nightmare(no parking for guest) $25.00 dollar a day valet parking( PUBLIC PARKING) was the only thing available .
