To be an upscale hotel they give 1 star customer service.

Bed & pillows were cozy. The aesthetics were there.

Paid for a city view room when I arrived the room had a view of a parking garage. When I spoke with staff they stated city view rooms arent guaranteed, however, the room advertised when I made a reservation had a city view. That was my expectation and I was highly disappointed when I arrived. Also, staff could be friendlier, more approachable & compassionate towards guest.

Not worth the price.

Low water pressure in the shower. Hot water was not available or only luke warm. Shower water was coming from both ceiling and from handheld shower head. Adjustment was not possible. Coffee maker was not working.

A hotel with kind employees, good convenience and excellent location.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The room was spacious with a beautiful view. The hotel staff were kind and attentive starting from the reception with the valet parking team and the crew in charge of cleaning my room. The hotel's location was ideal as it was within walking distance of the investment fund, where I had meetings while in Houston.

The missing part is a better option for food, from breakfast to dinner. A high-end hotel that lacks basic amenities such as a minibar or vending machine cannot be considered deluxe. The restaurant is decent but has room for improvement. However, the coffee shop and bar are exceptional, even though they are only open in the morning. The staff is courteous and professional. Overall, the restaurant has its positives, but there is room for improvement.

Missing the hospitality aspect of a luxury hotel

The location was great, but thats just about it

This is a simple hotel disguised as luxury. There were so many minor things missing that when added up it became a poor experience. A luxury hotel should have robes - nope, not here. No access to any coffee before 7 am as there is no beverage station in the room and the coffee shop isnt open until 7 am. You could tell there used to be a desk in the room and was removed, but then its just an awkward space left over. Overnight valet was expensive, and the valet service folks were kind of rude. The room wasnt cleaned, as on the second day I discovered clothes left over from the previous guest. There is no breakfast room service, and DoorDash had a really hard time getting in. Overall, this hotel was missing the hospitality feeling that I always get at other hotels.
