Exceptional

Im coming back - this time with friends as well.

Such a charming room and the location is completely perfect. Right in the Georgian heart of the town a stones throw from the Royal Crescent and Circle but so quiet and lovely places to eat right at hand. Lovely staff too.

For over 150 a night per room we were disappointed

Great location. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean

No contact with any staff (we arrived at 5.30pm and left at 10am). Very little sound proofing within the rooms (and I grew up in medieval/old houses so I understand their limitations and adore them - but this struck me!), shower was terrible - couldn't wash my hair and burnt my hand.

Its a shame as it is a great property in a good location and has kept its traditional features but unfortunately the neg

Great location and building is well presented and clean

Room was smelly from damp coming from the bathroom which is tired and needs updating, floor boards need fixing and bathroom flooring replaced as its holding the cat pee smell in. Also really poor shower which barely had any running water.
