A 2 star hotel at prices of a 4-5 star hotel

Everything. I had a room that smelled really bad. I had to ask around least for two days to get it changed. Towels in the room were dirty and old. They looked like towels used to clean floors. Beach and pool chairs are nit enough. As a result, if you want to get one, you need to be up at 6 am. Not even drinks were ok. They Constantly ran out of them and the line in the pool bar could take 20-30 mins. Service overall was really bad with under responsive and aggressive employees. They do not care when complaints are nade. Probably the worst hotel I have been in a while.

Great time, lots of great things at this hotel

Food and drinks were great. Room was a bit musty but we brought incense sticks and that took care of it. Loved the pool entertainment team.

Beach not great, more of a pool hotel. Please get more chairs as there are not enough for this many guests.

All inclusive Wonderful Resort

The resort was All inclusive so drinks and Buffet style meals were included. Staff everywhere were friendly and professional. 5 restaurants to choose from I enjoyed all of them! Entertainment and dancing available too.

My only complaint is the night club needs a little touch up paint but I still enjoyed it all. The DJ was awesome and the dancing performers were amazing! Just Air conditioning needed closer to stage area.
