We arrived an hour after check in opened and our room was not ready. We had to wait in the bar until they finished cleaning. The bed was very small for two people

Location. The man in the reception was very polite and apologetic.

The wifi never worked. No lift, it was challenging going up with my boxes. Doves make noise by the window early in the morning. Bathroom taps were sweky with noises.

Cozy and very pleasant stay

I awarded the hotel 9 stars for its overall appeal. The accommodations were cozy and inviting throughout my five-day stay. The staff was consistently helpful, although I initially encountered a lapse in housekeeping on the first day. However, the issue was promptly addressed with extra effort, ensuring a positive overall experience.

Nice position, friendly staff, cleaning should be improved, regular breakfast, room too noisy

The location

Our room was in the basement and we heard regular noise of the underground train under us. There was no hot water in the shower. One day they dind't clean up our shower.

Disappointing

The Hotel could be fabulous with more attention to deatais

Some of the staff were amazing others not. The price and location are great. It is quiet except the rumble of the metro which you get everywhere in central London

No heating!!!!! BRRRR in winter?????????? Kettle very tempermental . TV remote did not work Bedside light switches did not work . Its a long way up but that is fine if you don't have luggage. They promsied a refund but it never arrived. Breakfast is plentiful but all processed and out of tins. A little thought and this hotel could be amazing
