    Lots of open space with many play areas for kids.
    Food. Always the food quality and variety are the issues with this resort. Even basic foods are tasteless.

    Staff uncooperative, unclean rooms and washrooms. TV not working, Dingy rooms, No fridge. Worst room service and worst facilities.

    No precautions were taken for Covid safety except staff wearing mask. No sanitizers, no space protocol, no cashless check-in , no face mask for guest

    Golf Cart service was exceptional. We needed it regularly as I had a senior citizen with me. They made it available every time within minutes of the request. In Room Dinning food quality was very good.
    Housekeeping section phone was never reachable. Each request had to be routed through Front desk and in some cases through In Room Dinning.
