Fabulous beach holiday hotel

A fabulous beach side hotel in Bang Tao. We had a ground floor room that overlooked the swimming pool and from there direct access to the beach. The room was very comfortable, cleaned ever day and the staff were lovely. Swimming pools are well maintained and the beach was clean with calm waters. I had a massage at the onsite facility which was absolutely fabulous. We went for a room only option and there are plenty of places locally to eat out and a very convenient 7-11 supermarket across the road that stocks pretty much everything you will need on top.

Nothing - absolutely loved this place.

The staff were excellent and helpful. The space was clean.

We had to exchange a coupon for a towel. One only for the day. This seemed churlish for a Best Western

Stunning hotel in the perfect location, would highly recommend. Very family friendly area of Thailand.

Room next to us had a very early check out and were noisy which woke us. Cant exactly score the hotel down for this as sometime that just happens!

The hotel staff were excellent and well prepared for our visit. Our room was very good, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we were only there for a night. The hotel is in a very good location with restaurants across the road and the beach on the doorstep literally. Id recommend the hotel as a good place to stay.

No lift to upper floors so if your lugagge is heavy or you have multiple pieces its a small piece of hard work to get it to your room.

Relaxing beach holiday in Phuket

The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach and next to shops, restaurants and fruits stands. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities- the pool, the massage places and the restaurants. The hotel provided also sun beds and towels. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and variate, including fresh local fruits. In the restaurant, there were organized festive and thematic dinners, with entertainment and good food. Our room was spacious and clean, with view to the pool and tropical garden, with good isolation from outside noise. Overall, the hotel is good value for money.

The air conditioning in the room was centrally set on very cold temperature and could not be modified from inside the room. To ensure a pleasant temperature, it was needed sometime to open the windows to get some hot air. The WI-FI had some downtime in the peak hours when many users were connected.

Evening buffet very poor, themed evenings ridiculous no Thai green curry or Tom yam soup on Thai nights, bbq night had kebabs cooked in kitchen no bbq to speak of. They Put instructions not to reserve sun loungers before 9.30 but did not enforce it making it virtually impossible to find a lounger by 9.15

Outdated, need renovation. Staff has to many policies and orders to follow. Not wellcoming at all.

Location is good, beachfront with beatutiful beach.

Hotel is very outdated. It has 90s vibe. It really needs renovation. Rooms are old, furniture is old also the menus in the restaurant is outdated. Pool Bar has only few different drinks. You feel like a number there is no personal note in service. Staff is kind just because they have to be not because they would really want to suit your wishes
