Very good
Great spot for a short stay.
Great staff. This period house is located beside Earls Court underground station so very easy to find. Nice Garden and big kitchen area are a bonus in London.
Nothing negative.

Passable
An ok stay, sound isolation very bad, staff nice, breakfast below average
Private bedrom with private bathroom as requested.
This is one of the least sound isolated building we have ever slept in. We did ask in beforehand for a quiet room, we got a room that was in the staircase, so we could hear whenever someone walked up or down the stairs and every cough or word the people said. Could be massively improved by sound isolating the doors, also you could hear the guests staying above pretty well. Breakfast should also be improved, add in a few boiled eggs and a better quality bread , perhaps orange juice too and it would make a huge difference. We skipped breakfast the second day since not really worth it.

Very good
Expectations met, not most comfortable etc ofc, but it was cheap and good location.
The breakfast was great, not amazing of course but better than I expected than a 30/night hostel breakfast. I also found the sheets/blanket very soft and nicely squishy.
The bathroom size was fine, but the shower cubicle was very small, very claustrophobic. I had difficulty moving carefree in it and I am tiny! The room was also immediately very full the moment someone was packing so stuff was over the floor, and the ladders to get into the bunks are a bit uneven/high, I am lucky I have long legs and am flexible. The room also got weirdly warm, too warm, like a sauna, even when the room's heating wasn't on high, the window was open and it being 10C outside. This made it uncomfortable to sleep if you want to be covered by the sheets because of sensory reasons and didn't account for the warmth so you brought winter pyjamas.

Poor
Warm.Good location.Free breakfast.
Room nice and warm with plenty of space.Breakfast free which is a plus.Nice sitting room if a bit cold.
Room well heated.Beds apallingly dangerous and wondering how this can be allowed?Accessible by half a ladder with overchunky handholds and no rail it would be better to scrap them and get heavy metal bunk beds as others have. The top bunk is very dangerous indeed.Honestly think the notice in reception comes across as a bit rude telling people if they want to have sex do so in the bathroom.Whatever hapenned to 'get a room and of you cant afford to get one forget about it. There were three thirty year olds in the room with me and all of them found the bunks ridiculous. One even told me he just jumped from the second level as the ladder was impossible. So no clue why the lady receptionist proudly announced them as purpose built.Cant believe anyone would build that on purpose!I moved my mattress to the floor but luckily a fellow room mate swapped for a bottom bunk.I was informed you cannot book a bottom bunk by request.Odd.

Comfortable place in a good location. It's very close to the underground stop. There are all sorts of pubs, shops, restaurants around. Helpful staff and full kitchen. Basic but good breakfast
It's expensive - but all of London is

Superb
Very functional, budget accomodation in a great location
Location was very good. Very easy access to the Underground, eateries for all kinds of budgets (pubs, restaurants, fast-food chains, etc.), stores, food markets, and a laundry (although the place does have a laundry). I had an incident in which I felt harassed by bunk mates and I was changed to another room in a heartbeat.
The TV/leisure room could get a little spruce-up.

Bad
Not worth it even if they give it for free
The onboarding staff were friendly and helpful.
The stay and the women's only room #7. I used this hostel twice and I had the same unpleasant experience both times. No sleep at night. The co travellers were not informed about basic "no noise at night"like requirement so people were just inconsiderate. The women's room private bathroom stinks.
