Well maintained, clean, modern, food of a good standard, great cocktail bar, lovely spa

Access to good (handmade) cocktails limited to one bar - others only provided pre-mixed even in the adult only area - would have been nice to have access to better drinks in the adult only area.

Everything was great. Loved the splash pool for our toddler although it wasn't as heated as I expected. The food choice was great & looking at booking again for next year.

Location. It was great for us with having a toddler to stay in the resort however there is nothing at all close by to go for a little walk

The all you can eat wasnt that good. The restaurant server was rude and passed a racist comment to one of my friends. The hotel manager didnt not do anything about it. It was a very unpleasant experience that is unacceptable

The size of the hotel, different pools and entertainment for kids

The staff at the reception are very unhelpful they behave like robots, they only do what they trained to do. A 5star hotel that cannot help to charge a dead iPhone for 10min is no 5star hotel. Also your house keepers are the worst ever. They knock your door and open simultaneously, without giving you time to get to the door. Its like they rather see you naked. They should knock and wait for responds first. If you have a complain and ask for a manager, you will be told manager is in Madrid.

Excellent family holiday

This is a wonderful hotel that caters so well for everyone. We all loved it. The pools are beautiful, staff are excellent and it's so clean.

Around the pool area is very slippy.

Brilliant for kids and adults alike.

Entertainment fabulous, bars and pools excellent and plenty of activites for kids and the baby pool is brilliant. Loved the little restaurant by the pool and the whole layout of the hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room amazing. Loved it.

Only thing I would change is the number of people putting towels first thing in the morning on the sunbeds and then not turning up until afternoon. Most annoying. Plus beer on tap seemed a bit weak would have preferred San Miguel.
