Pleasant

Well located, near to restaurants at walking distance, nice bar for quick meals inside the hotel, good parking area. Units recently renovated, really reasonable price.

Weve spent 6 nights there and the floor was never cleaned, just towels and bathroom cleaned, and bed made.

Not clean enough like other hotel. This hoilday I lived in 4 hotels. This is the worst one. I am disappointed because the room is face to a high way. It is very noisy. Plus the air conditioning. My wife has to wear headphones which with noise cancellation to sleep. The bedclothes are too thin. The night is cold. We cant open the air conditioning because it is too noisy. Anyway, it is the only bad experience in Orlando.

Hotel is nice but please review breakfast policy and arrangement because is misleading (not included for all guest, this is not fair at all!!) and also poor (do you think its enough to get just one regular coffee and one toast for a standard guest?). Thank you

It was okay , wouldnt be staying at this hotel again. Shower was terrible, beds were okay. Ice machine was broken. The

The property was in good proximity to things like Universal and Disney, the fact that it is right across park is great ! Theres great restaurants & shop options.

The fact that the hotel is a bit on the pricier side , the rooms arent as big as I imagined. The bathroom gets extremely wet when youre taking a shower, because its a glass shower. (No curtain) its just a semi long piece of glass. (No tub either) So we would consistently be ringing out the floor towel, and the shower head is on one side and the shower controller on the other. The beds were okay but Ive stayed at a lower quality hotel and the beds were a lot comfier. The ice machine was broken through the duration of my entire stay also which was 4 days.

Good for the price

Clean location and surroundings as well as clean room and comfortable. Beds were excellent as well as air conditioning. Option to early check in. Premiun location, near everything.

Just 1 employee per shift so lines to ask for something were to long. Not so welcoming staff. No bellman to help with bagagge.
