Never expected this kind of bad experience stay in Ooty.

Only the Room Space

Bathroom was not that expected clean and maintained well. They will provide only hot water in between 7AM till 11AM. This point will be highlighted only after you make the payment or check in. With the Ooty weather it would be very difficult to maintain with cold water. This is ridiculous. The things like kettle, sofa are not maintained with cleanliness. If you ask them to do the room cleaning then they will just clean but they dont bother to replace bedsheets. They have shown bathroom with music but that doesnt work and also full of rust inside the bathroom. Had been to same residency 7 years ago and expected the same has been maintained but it's not. Too much rude response from the receptionist and also they ask us to pay half amount after the reservation or else booking will be cancelled.
