Basically I pay online my booking was booked in women rooms by mistake I went to the hostel to check in they told u cant check in they didnt change my bed for another room they just took the money and they told no refund very bad customer service so bad so they never give me money back

I only liked the location

Unfortunately, my experience at the hostel was quite disappointing. Cleanliness left much to be desired, with common areas being dirty and bathrooms lacking hygiene. Accessibility was an issue, as the facilities were not adapted, and the rooms were uncomfortable and cramped. The staff showed indifferent attention, with no willingness to address issues. Moreover, they charged for every additional amenity, from towels to the room key card, making the stay more expensive than anticipated

Very comfortable location.very clear apartment. looks absolutely like on the pictures.good price. appliances are included. even an iron, which is not always available in 5 star hotels. I recommend!

Very good

As this was my first stay in a hostel I found it hard to get sleep while your roommates walk in and out. That is persona

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are real comfortable.

The showers on the first floor are very small, you need to go to the 5th floor where they have bigger showers so it wasn't that bad.

Really small room, it was really difficult to open the lockers below the beds because I kept bumping into other people's stuff. It was a bit hot and smelly in the room and the window didn't stayed open.

Freezing night, heater not working, but met very nice people

I met the most lovely group of people in the kitchen because the heater wasn't working in the dorm.

The heater wasn't working in the female dorm of the basement where I was staying and it was literally freezing, couldn't say there at all. I had to hang out in the common rooms until late and then "sleep" on a sofa in the lounge room. I later complained to the property to get a form of compensation as I think when you pay for an accomodation it should at least be warm, especially in winter. They won't do anything about it.
