Superb

The staff were so friendly and explained everything really well. My bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Also the location was great, about a 20 minutes walk for all the places I needed. I loved having my own light and plug socket next to the bed. You can also buy supplies if you have forgot anything and the shower was lovely and hot.

The shower room unfortunately smelt really bad but that is the only fault.

The stay was decent but definitely good for the price I paid in london for 3 nights. The staff is available there 24/

The property is located right in the centre and public transport is near by which is pretty convenient for travellers.

The hygiene wasnt that great. The kitchen and the washrooms were not in a great condition but just usable I must say.

Best hostel EVER.

Staff, price and location, superlative!

5 cash deposit upsets every guest as noone carries cash anymore and there are no ATMs anywhere around. Particularly difficult to those that are in town for the first time and are distressed unnecessarily for having to navigate the London maze. We are a few days away from celebrating 2024. Digital payment anyone?

Good location, friendly staff.

I stayed in the female dorm in the main building and it was great. The room was very warm which I liked since I visited in december. The location is top and good value for money. The breakfast was 3.5 pounds and it was also okay for the money. The reception was 24/7.

Bathroom was upstairs and it was unisex. And there were no padlocks provided, you had to buy them. The room was small and cramped and the drawers for luggage are loud, which is especially annyoing when somebody came in the night.
